The Xmas Train at Lougheed Mall
Every year in advance of Xmas, the trains from Burnaby Park descend on Lougheed mall. Its a great little set-up, with free rides (by donation actually) that circle the large Santa set-up. We've been two years in a row now and my son just loves it. Of course, after more than half a dozen rides, my son still wanted more.....
Let's just say it wasn't a pretty sight when we had to leave... :)

I found your blog via Craigslist, and what a gift! We only just moved to the area last March and I had no idea about the Xmas train at Lougheed Mall. I am hoping that it is still there, and we are going tomorrow. My son is an equally obsessed Thomas fan (he is 2 years and 4 months old) and it is a VERY Thomas Christmas this year. Thanks so much for the tip, and for starting this blog! I've added it to me feed reader to find out about other fun Train events in the area.
